"The DARUMA MASAMUNE brewery is a pioneer and expert in matured sake and has a library of over 50 back vintages. This set consists of 3 different degrees of maturation of the same sake. The different bottlings deepen in color with age: from golden yellow in the 3-year-old sake (reminiscent of a late harvest wine) to cognac-colored in the 10-year-old sake. The older the sake, the deeper and more varied the aromas and flavors develop. Try this set to experience the difference age in sake can make and find your favorite vintage."
