Handpressed high quality juice. To produce 100ml of the juice 1kg of fruit is required. For this very high quality juice no addtitives are used and the fruits are pressed manually. This juice is being used by star chefs all over the world.

Classification of Premium Sake

For high quality sake, rice is polished prior to processing with the goal of eliminating the bran and protein which encase the starch held at the center of the rice grain.
