Ninki Ichi-Yuzu

This yuzu sake is made from a base of junmai ginjo and features an intense yuzu aroma. Notes of fresh citrus dance in the foreground, supported by a fine balance of sweetness and acidity. A light bitterness, typical of yuzu, provides complimentary depth. The use of perfectly ripe yuzu fruit from Okinawa results in a striking mandarin-like aroma. The result is a fruity, fresh sake with great liveliness which can be enjoyed in many ways – neat, on ice, or in cocktails.
