Rhododendron
Amabuki Rhododendron is a full-bodied Junmai Daiginjo, brewed with rare Rhododendron blossom yeast according to the traditional Kimoto method. This production technique gives the Sake a strong umami, fine acidity, and a full body. Complex aromas of bread crust, miso butter, and pumpernickel unfold on the nose and palate, complemented by fruity notes of yellow peach and dried plum. This rich Sake harmonizes wonderfully with hearty meat dishes and BBQ, but is of course an excellent companion for heavier fare in general. The perfect beverage to surprise your friends with at your next cook out!
