The AMABUKI Marigold Sake lies viscous on the tongue and blends well with the earthy tones of the truffle and the creamy mayo. Then the acidity from the vinaigrette breaks through this film on the tongue and adds a nice punch.

Marigold
Amabuki Marigold is a rich Junmai Sake brewed using the traditional Yamahai method, resulting in a classic, pronounced lactic acidity. Brewed with rare Marigold blossom yeast, this full-bodied, dry Sake is a uniquely powerful umami-bomb. With the flexibility to be consumed either cold or warm, it is sure to be the perfect fit for whatever mood you might be in. Showing a distinct earthiness, along with notes of mushroom and macadamia, which are complimented by fruity accents reminiscent of ripe apricots. The finish brings yet another layer of depth with subtle nuances of oat flakes and confit ginger. A must try for all Sake lovers.
