How we deliver internet orders?

We deliver by courier to your home address! Shipments to PO Box or general delivery are not possible.

Minimum order value and order for free shipping Delivery:

Switzerland and Liechtenstein
The postage and packaging fee is 18.00 CHF for each order. No minimum order value. From 250,00 CHF value of goods free of charge.

Other countries on request.

When we deliver internet orders?

The delivery time is according to experience 3-5 business days for deliverable goods.

Delays in delivery we will inform you immediately.

Payment

About payment options

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the optimal payment method for you. The payment options Credit card (Visa, Master), bank transfer and PayPal are handled by our payment service provider Novalnet, which is connected to you with no obligations or costs.

Pre-Payment

You transfer the amount to our account, we will ship the goods. Please transfer the total amount of your order to our account:

Invoice

From your second order you can pay on invoice. Please note that this is only possible, if you have no open balance with us.

PayPal

Pay as usual uncomplicated by Paypal.

Credit card

With us you can conveniently pay by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD).
