Terms and conditions UENO GOURMET AG

1. General

All goods and services of UENO GOURMET AG made solely on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). They apply to all orders placed by customers and be recognized with every order from customers. Deviating terms and conditions shall only be effective upon written confirmation by UENO GOURMET AG.

2. Scope

The entire range of UENO GOURMET AG is aimed primarily at the clientele within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein. For inquiries from other countries, please contact us.

3. Privacy

We act with gourmet products and not with your personal data. Therefore, only those data are collected, which are necessary to process the order and simplify the handling of the online shops for returning customers. Personal customer data will be treated in accordance with the data protection legislation in confidence and not be given to third parties nor used for advertising or selling foreign. All personal information (including information on credit card payments) will be encrypted. Customers UENO GOURMET AG have the opportunity to receive the latest information on new products, promotions or activities via electronic newsletter. This service is not binding, is free and can be canceled at any time. UENO GOURMET AG operates no SPAM.

4. No sales to minors

UENO GOURMET AG does not sell alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years. You confirm an order in our shop that you are of legal age.

5. Prices

All prices are per item in Swiss Francs including VAT. Price changes and time-limited actions are possible at any time and require no notice.

6. Payment and Delivery

In our shop there are several payment methods available. Orders from Switzerland, we send advance payment against invoice, payable within 14 days net, via Paypal or by credit card (MasterCard or VISA). We reserve the right to require us unknown customers or in the case of negative experiences advance payment or payment by credit card. Fee and monthly 1% interest calculated - In default of payment of CHF 20 will be.

Delivery will be made to order to the invoice recipient or to a delivery address selected by him. Deliveries to multiple recipients require several individual orders or a personal message to the Sales Manager.

For orders less than CHF 750, - value of goods fixed price 18 Swiss francs will be charged for shipping and handling. From CHF 750, - value of goods we supply free domicile within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein.

7. Availability

Our range is constantly evolving, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the offer. If a particular product is not available, we will contact you shortly.

8. Conversion / redemption

Your order with UENO GOURMET is authentic. Basically ordered goods can not be exchanged or returned. Exceptions are shipments that were damaged during shipping and delivery errors. We ask you to examine the consignment on receipt for accuracy and integrity and to forward any complaints to us immediately. 5 days after receipt of delivery is deemed to be approved.

9. Jurisdiction

Our business is based exclusively on Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Uster.
