Recipe: Teriyaki Salmon
Ingredients for 2 persons:
2 slices of salmon fillet (180g each)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
1 teaspoon dried sansho or some sansho powder
Preparation:
Mix soy sauce and mirin to teriyaki marinade. Put salmon for about 30 minutes in marinade (use a plastic bag to save marinade). Heat oil in the pan, then fry the fish about 3 minutes on each side. Pour off excess oil and add the remaining marinade into the pan. Heat up briefly and put the fish into the sauce for a short while. Crumble the sansho between fingers over the salmon or finish with a tiny bit of sansho powder.
