Awarded as "The brewer of the year 2018" and as winner of gold medal in 7 categories by IWC - Hatsumago is very sucessfull using the tradional Kimoto method. This results in the good umami taste and creamy dry finish. It established in 1893 in Sakata by family Sato. Its Sake named "Hatsumago" that means the first grandchild.
