This sharp, super-dry sake is called "Makiri", which translated means the "demon cutter". Inspired by the blades used by Sakata City's fishermen to dispel evil forces, Makiri banishes bad energy from your soul and fills you with inner warmth. The Kimoto method and special fermentation techniques make this Junmai Sake particularly dry and create a strong taste and a clean aftertaste. An excellent sake that can be served hot or cold. Perfect for sushi and sashimi.
