20 Jahre UENO GOURMET x Yuumi Japanese fusion cuisine with a legendary sake pairing

Chef and co-owner Yuta will prepare his famous Japanese fusion cuisine with artfully arranged and masterfully prepared ingredients, in combination with a selection of delicious sake curated restaurant manager and co-owner Michaela. Eric Walsh from UENO GOURMET will serve as guest sommelier and provide expert sake commentary. This dinner series with modern flavors and classic technique is not to be missed.
