Come celebrate 20 Years of UENO GOURMET with us at an exclusive sake pairing event in collaboration with the wonderful SHIZUKU in Berlin. On Sunday, June 1st, we will offer an exciting afternoon program for all sake lovers. As always, owner Atsushi Shimizu will run the show and present his favorite sakes from our range, which will then be paired with delicious, springtime-inspired snacks from Chef Ayami’s kitchen. UENO GOURMET’s own Eric Walsh will provide guest moderation and expert commentary. This event is sure to be an exciting opportunity to reflect on the past two decades of sake importing in Germany whilst maintaining a focus on modern tastes and where the industry is headed.
