X-Berg Duck with Sake pairing Sake Week at Orania Berlin

At the end of Sake Week Berlin, Phillip Vogel and his team will serve the legendary X-Berg Duck with a finely tuned sake accompaniment in cooperation with Ueno Gourmet.

On this evening, Stefan Grill will accompany the dishes of the Orania kitchen with a selection of sake, as well as give an insight into the world of Japanese beverage culture.
