What is sake? Why does sake taste fruity? Does sake go well with Wiener schnitzel?

Author and sake samurai Yoshiko Ueno-Müller talks about the mythical history of the Japanese national drink, sake, about personalities from special breweries and sake pairing with various dishes. The guests receive a sake cup (Kikichoko) and enjoy 6 different sakes with snacks. Mr. Yosuke Uotani from the URAKASUMI brewery in northern Japan will talk about the 300-year history of the company and its sake.
