Sommelier Benjamin Zimmerling
The committed sommelier has discovered sake as a world of its own and likes to use it for accompanying meals. He has been working at the Familux Resort Dachsteinkönig in Gosau since 2020. Before that, he worked as a sommelier at the Simon Taxacher Gault & Millau 5 Hauben restaurant. Before that, he was a sommelier at the FamiLux Resort Dachsteinkönig from 2017 to 2019. Currently in preparation for Advanced Sommelier in the Court of MasterSommelier and Wine Academy.
